New Covenant of Peace Church is a vibrant, Christ-centered fellowship committed to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers to live in the fullness of God’s peace, power, and purpose. Built on the foundation of biblical truth, the church exists to reach the lost, strengthen the believer, and advance the Kingdom of God through sound teaching, heartfelt worship, and active community impact.

Leadership

The ministry is faithfully led under the dynamic spiritual leadership of Bishop Tony Russell and Pastor Valerie Russell. Together, they carry a shared vision to see lives transformed through the Word of God, families restored by the power of the Holy Spirit, and communities strengthened through love, service, and discipleship.

Bishop Tony Russell brings a strong apostolic and teaching anointing, emphasizing spiritual maturity, biblical accuracy, and Kingdom authority. Pastor Valerie Russell provides compassionate pastoral care, encouragement, and a nurturing approach that strengthens individuals and families in their daily walk with Christ.
